In this paper commissioned by GoCardless, Forrester Consulting surveyed 700 payment decision-makers in B2B and B2C or B2B-only firms in an effort to ascertain the complexity of the recurring payment landscape. The results examine areas such as operational challenges, payment failures, and payment providers. Four recommendations and a brief appendix conclude the document.
