2016 MRC Global Payments Survey

The MRC, with support from CyberSource, conducted its biennial Global Payments Survey to provide MRC members with access to the latest industry data and trends on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics used by other merchants. In total, 193 merchants responded to the survey; the total was split evenly between MRC members and non-members. Survey results showed that MRC members are more likely to be focused on order conversion and payment success than non-members, as well as support more payment methods on average. Detailed findings and analysis are included in the benchmark report, with key takeaways and an appendix of payment methods and types concluding the report.
