One of the goals of the Merchant Risk Council is to serve as an educational resource for payments and fraud prevention professionals of all levels. Our programs like RAPID Edu help make that possible.

RAPID Edu is the MRC's proprietary, on-demand educational platform, designed to introduce users to the fundamentals of the payments and fraud prevention industry. These online programs allow professionals to learn at their convenience, complete with program materials, knowledge tests, and an accredited certificate upon completion.

RAPID Edu is ideal for:

RAPID Edu courses are accredited with the Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credit standard. This accreditation allows professionals to acquire specialized knowledge in fraud and payments as well as maintain their certification with RAPID Edu courses. CPE credits may be applied to a variety of professional certifications, including Certified Fraud Examiners (CFEs), Certified Information Security Managers (CISMs), and others.*

RAPID Edu Refund Policy

For the Rapid EDU Program (self-study), refunds and cancellations are determined on a case-by-case basis. Cancellations and requests for refunds must be communicated in writing to programs@merchantriskcouncil.org. Refunds will not be issued once a course has been started. Additionally, courses must be completed within one year of purchase.

The Merchant Risk Council is registered with the National Association of State Boards of Accountancy (NASBA) as a sponsor of continuing professional education on the National Registry of CPE Sponsors. State boards of accountancy have final authority on the acceptance of individual courses for CPE credit.
