While EMV payment cards offer tangible benefits in card present environments, those benefits cannot be realized in card-not-present spaces. With fraud and chargebacks increasingly shifting to eCommerce, Elavon shares developments which have occurred since the October 2015 liability shift in the U.S. Five practical chargeback mitigation recommendations are also discussed.
