As eCommerce and especially mobile commerce evolve, there are signs that the payment experience is becoming an invisible part of the checkout process. It remains to be seen, though, whether the rise of invisible payments means an increase in purchase dissonance, or buyer's remorse, and the impact this will have on friendly fraud chargebacks and disputes, topics which are explored in detail in this presentation.
