Europol is the European Union law enforcement agency which coordinates sharing criminal intelligence between police, customs, and security services. Europol's European Cybercrime Center division, EC3, has been collecting and analyze data to identify attributes such as the most prolific shipping addresses, IP addresses, and email addresses. This data has led to identification of the most prolific offenders, enabling law enforcement to develop cases, arrest, and prosecute the individuals responsible.
